forum aims at discussing the present and future economic and
infrastructural developmental issues in Hong Kong and Guangdong
Province, and most importantly highlighting the significance of
promoting strategic integration between the two places － how
to achieve the win-win relationship in order to boost the development of
Pearl River Delta to be a head/hub of South China leading the economies
of not only the mainland China but also the whole Asian region.
